The Simple Wellness approach gives you access to regular yoga classes to suit your lifestyle.
Our schedule of live classes is available 40 + weeks a year (we pause classes when we travel for holidays, maximum 6 weeks/year. Occassionally classes may be cancelled due to low registrations or facilitator illness).
All yoga classes are livestreamed so you can join us from home or in the stunning Banksia Grove (northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia) studio sanctuary.
If you miss your classes or the studio is closed for holidays, keep your practice going in your own timing using the online library of classes. Repeat your faves or try something new from our selection of classes on demand.
No frills, nothing fancy, just you and your mat, keeping it real and regular, topping up your tank with self-care that works, and it is great value!
