Yin yoga is a quiet, slow, deep, restful, meditative practice arising from the wisdom of Daoist Chinese traditions. You will be guided to settle into postures that target the layers of interconnecting fascia or connective tissue throughout your body. This class is delivered via a Zoom meeting online so you can practice at home. We suggest setting yourself up with a pile of cushions and/or folded blankets nearby so you can reach for props as needed throughout class. You will feel super stretched out, open where you were once tight, and with a supported opportunity for self enquiry and gentle awareness.

Book and pay here, or if you have a class pass, contact [email protected] to be added to this class. Shortly before the class starts, you will receive an email with a link to click to join the meeting. If you haven't used Zoom before it will prompt you to download Zoom. You can also adjust your settings for sound and vision by clicking the mic and camera icons. Zoom groups work best if you mute yourself, but feel free to say hello to your teacher and classmates before you do that, and you can unmute if you want to say something anytime. Also, for online classes, it's one ticket per device, so invite your housemates, or significant others to join you free of charge.
