Vinyasa Slow Flow

A full hour and a half allows us to break down the components of the sequence and then bring them together in a flowing vinyasa style practice. There's still plenty of time for rest and meditation, however this is a fairly strong class and the linked postures combined with breath awareness will have you sweating. Not recommended for pregnancy unless you have an established yoga practice, not recommended for those with injuries or illness. Recommended for all levels if you are in generally good health.
