A slow and gentle yoga class for all levels. If you're feeling tired, have been unwell or a managing a chronic illness, this class is for you. I teach to the people in front of me so depending how you're feeling we may include more strength- building movements, but it's not a fast and sweaty style class.

Come to 36 Turquoise Loop, Banksia Grove a few minutes before 7pm on Wednesdays during term time. Please park within the property or at the nearby Peridot Park. Everything is provided in our fully equipped, beautiful, relaxing studio. It's most comfortable if you haven't eaten too much beforehand, wear stretchy exercise clothes, and bring a warm layer on cooler nights for relaxation.
