Come one, come all, there’s no prerequisites, experience or skills required for this welcoming yoga class. You can expect a clearly guided, moderately paced class including guided relaxation, breath awareness, limbering, seated, standing and reclining poses, all with options to work harder, and be gentle depending how you’re feeling. Our groups are small and your instructor can help make the sequence suit your needs. People of all ages, sizes, abilities, including pregnant and post natal mamas are welcome, just be sure to let your instructor know your situation. Book your spot here and come along 5-10 minutes before class to 36 Turquoise Loop in Banksia Grove. Look for the second bush property after the corner of Haven Fairway and park as far into the driveway as possible. If you’re not keen on reversing, there’s ample free parking at the nearby school oval, just please note that. I street or verge parking is allowed. All equipment is provided, eftpos is available on site, so all you need to bring is yourself in stretchy exercise clothing. Enjoy!
