Start and finish with relaxation and in the middle, flow strong and slow, creating warmth and getting strong and supple as you move with your breath. A moderately vigorous style of yoga, this class has a variety of sequences inspired by the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa that move the body in all directions. You can always take rest, however the postures link together in a way that suits those who want to make some physical effort in a mindful way, and aims leave you feeling  refreshed and calm.
