Yin yoga combines the influences of Indian yoga with Chinese Daoist practices. With emphasis on long-held, passive stretches of the deeper connective tissues, Yin yoga mobilises and strengthens our joints, ligaments and deep fascial networks. This is a super chill, relaxing style of yoga, although the sensations can be challenging, you'll be guided and supported to find your unique way to access different movement patterns in your body. It's quiet, meditative, and the perfect antidote to a busy life.
