Vinyasa slow flow classes are for moving, breathing, and being with yourself in a way that is slow, steady, kind, and real. Vinyasa means to place together in a special way, and in modern yoga this mean a flowing sequence of postures that typically move from lying down, to seated, to kneeling, standing, maybe a play with something upside down (we don't expect our students to be able to pop up into a headstand or handstand, but we do sometimes get creative with the foundations for such things), then a nice, gentle wind down into savasana (resting reclined pose). This is an all levels class, somewhat vigorous through the middle, but still very suitable for beginners.
You've chosen the online option so you can practice at home, from wherever you happen to be. Set up your device and mat in a comfortable space where you can tend to yourself for 60 minutes. We all hope for an uninterrupted practice, but pets, children and housemates are welcome too :)
