Our usual Wednesday night group class is now online! This is a gentle class with ample options to help you find your own way to practice yoga. The sequences and cues invite you to feel and explore what is possible for your body, while settling your mind in a calm and clear space. Suitable for people with pain, recovering from cancer, chronic health conditions, and really anyone who can breathe.
What to do to join the class:
Click on the class on the calendar and enter your details. You will be prompted to make payment. If you have an existing class pass contact
[email protected] to be registered manually.
Be sure to register at least 30 minutes before class time. Shortly before class begins you will receive an email inviting you to join the Zoom meeting room.
Follow the steps and you will be prompted to download Zoom if you don't have it already. It's very quick and easy.
Have your video on and once you've said hello, mute your microphone to help the sound quality be optimised. Take a seat on your mat and wait for your class to begin.
