Gentle Flow is a yoga class suitable for all levels. Including rest, relaxation, limbering, seated and standing sequences, this class is moderate-intensity with options for more or less rest depending how you're feeling. Not as many chaturangas (yoga push-up style posture) as a vinyasa class, just healthy movement that hydrates the joints, strengthens the muscles and fosters mobility, mindfulness, and balance.
