Online Class: A 60 minute slow flowing vinyasa class that includes strength and mobility in a sequence of postures linked by the breath. Each class is themed or focused to bring awareness to a physical area and/or mental/emotional quality. You will start and finish in savasana or a comfortable resting pose, be guided to mindfully observe your breath and sensations, and led through a range of movements where you have some options to modify to suit yourself. This is our most athletic style class and while everyone is welcome, this is less suitable for beginners, pregnant women, and those with pain, injuries, or chronic health conditions. A moderate level of mobility and fitness is required to fully participate. As this is being delivered via Zoom, the onus will be on participants to take care and work within a comfortable range of effort.

Wear stretchy comfortable clothes, have a block or big book handy, a mat or non-slip towel underneath you. It's best to have a fairly empty stomach so avoid a large feed for a few hours prior.

Set up your phone/ipad/computer so you can see the screen, have your own microphone muted unless you need to say something. It's great if you have your video on so the teacher can see you, but if you prefer to be unseen that's okay too.
